Prevention and the best way to breastfeeding:
The natural feeding process is done in the following way:
- The child is attached from his head to his feet in the mother’s body and is in a half-seated (slanted)position.
- Hold the nipple by hand four fingers from the bottom and thumbs from above
- Help the child catch the nipple and halo.
- The duration of the infant ranges from 5 to 20 minutes depending on the child and the time of feeding (morning, evening…) but it is better to let the baby breastfeed until full and leave the breast on his own.
